About the Role

Arch Systems is looking for an Industry Expert to bring deep, hands-on manufacturing and regulatory expertise into our most complex customer environments. This role is designed for a senior industry practitioner who has spent their career operating inside regulated, high-stakes production environments and can bridge manufacturing operations, IT, compliance, and advanced digital systems.

You will work directly with Arch customers in complex, compliance-driven manufacturing environments, in regulated industries like defense, aerospace, and automotive, helping them apply modern data platforms and AI-driven solutions while meeting strict requirements around data security, traceability, and audit readiness, including ITAR-restricted and FedRAMP-aligned contexts. This role partners closely with Arch's product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure real-world manufacturing challenges are translated into scalable, compliant solutions.
