Job responsibilities
As a part of the Knowledge Management team, you will be responsible for:
Support content curation process by anonymising content to make it reusable and format content to meet our global standards. Work with senior members to maintain and publish content to Knowledge Management platforms. Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content on the portals. Sharing and labelling content using standard categorization and ensuring accurate display. Assist in implementing KM guidelines across Google drive settings, naming conventions, searchability and promotion on AI tools such as Glean, NotebookLM. Follow Thoughtworks standards for creating web pages. Check and ensure completeness and accuracy of deliverables, brand and site rules governing Knowledge Management portals.
