Ruhrpumpen Brazil is looking for a Business Unit Manager who will lead our Industrial BU which produces and provides pump equipment under an “Assemble to order” model. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for the P&L, overseeing supply, factory, and analyst areas (documentation, manufacturing, stock replenishment orders, engineering, etc.), ensuring delivery compliance, profitability margins and customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities Lead the team, define objectives, manage performance and maintain team engagement. Ensure the supply chain, with a strong focus on stock control.
