Your Mission

Support and accelerate the digital transformation of Roca's manufacturing operations by implementing Industry 4.0 technologies that enhance efficiency, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Your Impact

You will be a key player in integrating cutting‑edge solutions like IoT, AI/ML, and RPA, ensuring their successful adoption and alignment with our global strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain the Industry 4.0 roadmap.
• Own and manage applications such as AVEVA Suite, Power Monitoring Expert, and Digital Kaizen.
• Coordinate internal/external teams and vendors.
