Responsibilities:

• Continuously update FOSSA quality standards based on ECSS and MIL-STD.
• Improve and accelerate satellite, ground stations and user products manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate cross‑department reviews to ensure alignment between design, manufacturing and testing.
• Lead Quality and Assembly department.
