Industrial Trainee

Position: Industrial Trainee Service Quality (Group QHSE)

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To support the Group QHSE (Service Quality) in managing and enhancing the Service Quality Centre website, ensuring accurate content, user support, and continuous improvement in line with service quality objectives.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

1. Produce high-performing short-form videos using strong storytelling methods (hook → problem → solution → proof → Call To Action (CTA)).
2. Create static + motion video creatives for Meta/Google/TikTok/YouTube etc.
3. Generate multiple variations for A/B testing (different hooks, angles, formats, sizes).
4. Collaborate with marketing to optimize creatives based on performance and deliver fast, on-time.
5. To Support SQC Portal, Sharepoint, Powerapps etc.
6. To support any tasks related to Service Quality Initiatives.
