Industrial Software Implementation Engineer

Become a vital part of customer success as a Customer Engineer. Focus on supporting users with CAD/CAM and MES/ERP software through training and technical support.

As part of the Operations team, your role requires a hands-on approach in addressing customer requirements and resolving technical issues. You will define project scopes, gather specifications, and implement software across multiple customer environments. This position also involves delivering tailored training both on-site and online.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on installation and configuration of software solutions
• Define and execute projects to meet customer specifications
• Gather and analyze customer needs for software solutions
• Train users effectively on Lantek systems
• Provide ongoing support and incident resolution

Requirements:
• Technical degree in Computer Engineering or IT
• Experience with software in industrial settings
