Industrial Services Operator I

**Job Summary:**
Responsible for the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant utilities and industrial equipment such as pumps, compressors, refrigeration systems, HVAC units, water systems, substation meters, and automation/instrumentation devices

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Operate and maintain Industrial Services & Building Facilities equipment
+ Conduct troubleshooting, calibration, inspections, and preventive/predictive maintenance
+ Support plant operations by ensuring steady supply of utilities (air, water, chilled water, HVAC, etc.)
+ Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs
+ Ensure safe operation of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems

**Qualifications:**

+ Graduate of a 3–4 year technical or engineering‑related course
+ Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer, Registered Electrical Engineer, or Registered Master Electrician
