This is a high-level advisory role within a sophisticated People and Operations division, designed for an Industrial Relations specialist who thrives in managing complex corporate functions within a large-scale public sector environment. The Workplace Relations team facilitates the resolution of issues through expert advice, working closely with HR Business Partners, Work Health and Safety teams, and divisional managers.
