**Overview**
A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations and ensure equipment reliability.

This role works closely with engineering and operations teams to maintain high-performance, automated production systems in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance schedules in coordination with plant leadership
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and related equipment
+ Maintain and support continuous operation of automated production lines
+ Diagnose and resolve issues within complex industrial systems, including PLCs, drives, and control systems
+ Follow and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards, including GMP, GFSI, and HARPC guidelines
