About the Role
Job Title: Officer – Industrial Engineering
Location : GIA Apparels, Jordan
Key Responsibilities
- Support line loading, data collection, and SMV verification.
- Assist with line balancing, operator allocation, and layout preparation.
- Conduct basic capacity studies and report bottlenecks.
- Support method improvements and daily efficiency tracking.
- Maintain operator skill records and provide data for incentive systems.
- Assist in training new operators and maintaining standard workplace practices.
- Prepare daily IE reports and assist with MIS data.
- Perform tasks assigned by senior IE staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial/Textile Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IE or garment manufacturing.
