Industrial Engineering Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Coordinate for improvement of planning efficiency for Hub cost, productivity and on-time performance
• Hub service initiative & cost plan; Hub planning worksheet maintenance, holiday plan and volume projection
• Set up procedure, KPI; work with cross‑function for procedure and initiative deployment
• Coordinate with APAC Air group and foreign gateways
• Work with Air, Brokerage and region partner to set up procedure to improve Hub operation performance
• Hub MOP development and maintenance, data flow maintenance and update
• Plan and regularly revisit Air operations and Hub Sort staffing

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering
• 2‑3 years of industrial engineering‑related experience preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with work measurement, process improvement, and operations research
