The role assists in preparing training materials, maintaining training records, and coordinating logistics for workshops, certifications, and assessments. This role contributes to fostering a culture of continuous learning by helping implement upskilling programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing administrative support to the training function
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Work Experience
0-2 years of experience in learning and development
Technical Competency
Preferably able to utilize CAD Application
