About the Role

Responsibilities
Lead the development and continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
Analyze equipment performance, failure trends, and maintenance data to identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions
Define and monitor key maintenance KPIs (., uptime, MTBF, MTTR, schedule compliance) to drive performance improvements
Maintain and enhance CMMS data integrity, including asset hierarchies, maintenance histories, and work order quality
Develop standardized maintenance procedures, job plans, and asset care strategies in collaboration with maintenance teams and OEMs
Support and lead root-cause analysis investigations (RCA) for critical equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions
Collaborate with operations to align maintenance planning with production requirements while minimizing disruption
