Position overview:
The Engineering Manager leads and oversees all technical and manufacturing engineering activities across production sites to ensure operational excellence, process optimization, and product feasibility. This role provides strategic direction, drives continuous improvement, and ensures alignment between production, technical teams, and leadership to achieve cost, quality, and safety objectives.Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to):
Supervise technical manufacturing activities across production sites.
Assess the technical feasibility of a product or product range.
Ensure the development of technical know‑how, including modernization of processes or production tools, added value, and competitiveness.
Propose improvements and adaptations to one or more production sites in order to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
