Opportunity BASIC FUNCTION Specific Responsibilities- Develops activities such as: Cycle time reduction, worker effort and inventory reduction, floor improvement, to improve work conditions, reducing or eliminating waste.
- Give follow up to activities such as: Cycle time reduction, worker effort and inventory reduction, floor improvement, to improve work conditions, reducing or eliminating waste, using the 7 waste reduction forms.
- Analyze the process to determine the adequate work conditions, related to space, layouts, lighting, breaks, manpower, tools and equipment.
- Support activities to complete time studies, slip weight, glaze weight, fired weight, pack weight are updated in both Plants to determine the cost of each product.
- Maintain Standard Work studies updated with no more than 1 year old.
