Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate transportation and operational data in the TMS
- Monitor shipment status, delivery performance, and transportation costs
- Prepare reports and analyze data for efficiency and process improvement
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure data accuracy
