Industrial Engineer

Job Description :

Our client is a company specializing in hearing aid industry, based in Europe and has been developing its business acitivities in Vietnam for more than 2 years.

• Apply lean manufacturing methods to the production process: set goals, develop procedures, implement and follow-up.
• Design and improve the plant layout, work flow, work simplification and work station design to ensure safe and efficient utilization;
• Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
• Identify arising problems, give recommendations and resolve production problems.
• Always obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Dept.

• Graduate from University of Technology
• Be observant
• Be able to make significant improvement in production line.
