As an Industrial Engineer, you will analyze production workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. You will design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and value stream mapping, to enhance efficiency. Your role will involve developing time studies, work measurement systems, and labor standards to boost productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput. Additionally, you will evaluate and optimize plant layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics, supporting new product introductions by designing efficient manufacturing processes and tooling requirements. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and leading root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for production inefficiencies are essential aspects of this role.
