About the Role
Overview:
Egan Company is seeking candidates for an Industrial Control Panel Test Technician position located in Champlin, MN. The Electrical Test Technician is responsible for testing and quality control of electrical control panels (Power components, PLC’s, VFD’s, MCC’s, etc.), Instrumentation Control Panels, and any other manufactured assemblies.
Shifts are Monday through Friday, 6: am – 2: pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
***You will be working in an air-conditioned warehouse***
Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence with various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, panel layout drawings, electrical schematics that are used to build and wire electrical control panels.
Perform continuity and dielectric testing on control panels using multimeters, ohmmeters, or custom testing equipment.
