The India & UAE Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and compliant processing of monthly payroll in accordance with statutory and company guidelines. Furthermore, does the India & UAE Specialist anchor and facilitate time & attendance as well as statutory and audit reporting requirements related to payroll. Tasks primarily require specialist knowledge of payroll, solid knowledge of accounting and are performed independently within the framework of general guidelines, while at the same time working closely with the local HR Team on delivery of COE projects, reporting/data analytics.The position should have a strong customer service skills required as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for payroll in the region for all associates as well as analytical skills, and a strong attention for detail.
