About the role

• The Inclusion Support Assistant role is full-time and ongoing until the end of the academic year.
• Supporting students both in and out of the classroom to promote engagement, inclusion, and positive behaviour.
• Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support pupils with varying additional needs.
• Working with students across a range of age groups within a supportive educational environment.
