Incharge Planning Zone (South, Central and North)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Incharge Planning to lead planning functions across our operations. This position is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with proven expertise in turnaround planning, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide support to the site manager to achieve project & turnaround objectives and ensure that all necessary inputs (resources) are available on one hand to implement company's systems for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling.
• Update turnaround activities in Level‑IV plan in close coordination with Discipline Incharge, and Site Manager.
• Prepare achievable targets from execution staff for Level‑IV plan.
• Guide pre‑mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.
• Project Cost & Financial Management, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
