About the Role
• The Apprentice will support pricing and quotation activities under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate customer proposals.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing customer quotes and pricing proposals for Air and Ocean services.
- Support compilation and coordination of RFQs in line with internal pricing guidelines.
- Help maintain and update pricing data, including rates and surcharges.
- Assist with basic reporting and data compilation for pricing and revenue tracking.
- Support documentation of pricing processes and system requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to share pricing information and resolve basic queries.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
Academic :
- General Graduate or Diploma holder in Logistics Management is preferable
