About the Role
Description
As FBA inbound defect reduction PM, you will be in charge of auditing and improving operational processes for our Fulfiment program (FBA - Fulfilment by Amazon).
You are part of the Operational Excellence team and know the right methodologies to drive changes (Lean, Six Sigma, etc). You are obsessed with the customer experience, and want to improve processes at cheapest cost.

Defect Reduction during inbound process
Improve processes to mitigate Seller/Operational issues
Align with other Market Places on strategies to improve
A day in the life
Track Metrics (defects, MFI) have operational contact with all Fcs to understand root causes and propose action plan to reduce defects.
You analyze processes and defects, drive continuous improvements to the supply chain design, go frequently in Fulfiment centers to test and implement changes. You build ...
