The role is an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. You will attend to guests and employees with a friendly, service-oriented manner, ensuring a high standard of appearance and professionalism.

What You Will Be Doing

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
• Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Prepare station in anticipation of the day’s business.
