About the Role
Make an impact this summer as an In Person Tutor supporting students with learning disabilities and ADHD. This rewarding volunteer position focuses on one-on-one tutoring to enhance skills and confidence.
LDAYS is searching for committed tutors for the Summer Study Skills Program. You'll be required to provide two hours per week of support over six weeks. Responsibilities include managing tutoring sessions, engaging with students, and developing tailored strategies to meet learning needs within the Ontario curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sessions, focusing on skill development
• Maintain communication with administrative staff and parents
• Engage students to understand their learning needs
• Provide academic support and homework assistance
• Monitor and document student progress

• High School diploma; some post-secondary education preferred
