In-House Legal Counsel

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded In‑House Legal Counsel to support our Southeast Asia operations. The role provides legal guidance on corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment law, and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions.

The Counsel ensures all contracts and business activities comply with anti‑bribery, data protection, corporate governance, employment, risk management, and relevant industry regulations in SEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to business units across SEA on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor agreements, partnership contracts, NDAs, and service‑level agreements.
• Establish a legal operational framework to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in SEA countries (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Myanmar).
