IMS Developer

Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify computer programs based on project requirements.
Conduct testing of both hardware and software systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Create driver plugins that enable machine-to-LIS connectivity.
Implement, configure, and support both new and existing LIS installations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer or system-related issues to internal and external clients.
Resolve technical concerns through phone support, remote access, or onsite visits.
Maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and retention.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational changes.
Develop automated processes and programs based on requested system requirements.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Proficiency in programming languages such as VB .NET, C#, JavaScript, and VB.
Experience with Crystal Reports, MySQL Server, Micros...
