About the Role

Job Description
Are you a dynamic and experienced professional looking to advance your career in global logistics in Montreal? Join our team as an Import/Export Operations Coordinator!
 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end import and export shipments (air and/or ocean freight).
Prepare, review, and process all required documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, customs filings, etc.).
Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates and resolving any operational issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or a similar import/export operations role.
In-depth knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics processes.
