This position supports U.S.-based import and export operations.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import / Export Coordinator based in Guadalajara, Mexico , to support our U.S. import and export operations . This role works closely with U.S.-based customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams. Fluent English communication is required. Prior experience with U.S. shipments is strongly preferred .

• Coordinate import and export shipments, primarily supporting U.S.-based operations
• Communicate daily with U.S. customers, warehouses, truckers, and partners in English
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents (B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, etc.)
• Track shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or exceptions
