Your tasks
The purpose of this position is to oversee, manage, and coordinate all foreign trade traffic and logistics related activities to ensure adherence to all international, local and Continental compliance requirements into business processes and decision making while continuously implementing best logistics practices and supporting all departments in fulfilling their objectives related to logistics costs and deliveries on time.
- Monitor in transit cargo (RM, NPM, Merchandises, Tooling, Spare Parts, etc) and documentation requirements, to arrange cargo delivery and communicate details about ETA and ETS to customers services agents and to internal customers.
- When needed, assures correct workflow for CFDI requirements.
- Responsible for booking sea and air freights, reviewing shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Invoices and Packing Lists).
