Responsibilities
Transports materials for delivery orders to customer sites as needed. Enforces transportation agreements and services, export controls, and contains domestic and international freight expenses. Maintains trade compliance and performs planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting tasks to support the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in the assigned logistic area. Maintains compliance with ISO 9000, IATA, OSHA, DOT, FAA, and FDA guidelines. Performs customer service by coordinating with internal and external customers to resolve shipping issues and may specialize in shipment of dangerous or hazardous goods.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in invoicing, logistics, and import/export
- Knowledge of customs documents
- Procedures before SEDENA
