About the role

As an Import Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the import and customs operations of our dynamic Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics company. Based in our Santolan, Pasig City office, this full-time position will see you managing the smooth importation of materials and goods, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient customs clearance.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate the import process from order placement to delivery, liaising with suppliers, customs brokers and freight forwarders
2. Ensure all import documentation is accurately prepared and submitted to customs authorities in a timely manner
3. Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
4. Resolve any customs clearance issues or discrepancies
