RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to customers
- Perform application implementation tasks
- Analyse user requirements
- Conduct user trainings
- Maintain/support existing software applications
- Documentation
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology and/or Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- 3 year working experience in customer support & implementing software solution
- Experience in accounting software will be an advantage
- Familiar with accounting/book keeping concepts
- Possess pleasant disposition with good personal integrity
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Able to work within deadlines
- Able to work in a team
- Able to travel outstation
- Include academic transcript and school exam result
- Sarawakian only
