Avensys is seeking an Implementations Project Specialist to support client onboarding and manage complex data migrations. This role focuses on implementing capitalization tables, ensuring data integrity, and delivering seamless onboarding experiences for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new clients and law firms with onboarding and cap table implementation
• Migrate and manage complex datasets with high accuracy
• Transfer client data into onboarding spreadsheets (Excel-based)
• Coordinate required inputs from clients and stakeholders
• Maintain data quality throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Perform quality control checks on client accounts
• Manage 40+ projects simultaneously while meeting timelines
