About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Implementations Project Specialist to support client and law firm onboarding onto Carta. You will manage capitalization tables, client data migration, and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of clients and law firms onto Carta.
- Implement capitalization tables and manage securities.
- Manage and migrate client data with high accuracy using Excel.
