Implementations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Implementations Manager to lead the setup and launch of new client programs for a rapidly scaling organization. This role is highly visible and client-facing — you will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Client Management to create seamless onboarding experiences and ensure successful program execution.
