About the Role
* Own and manage the entire Implementation setup of new customers which includes, but not limited to, data obtained from a dealer’s DMS, CRM or another data source* Obtain customer data, ingest it into our systems, and quality check for expected functionality* Become a subject matter expert in the DMS and data extraction topics* Own and manage the implementation of Mastermind’s Digital offerings* Query and extract data using common computer languages* Quickly own and resolve relevant support tickets, explain the root cause of the issue , and suggest process improvements for reoccurring cases* Communicate status updates and next steps by phone, Slack and email to internal and external stakeholders* Work diligently and collaboratively with members of other teams to meet or exceed communicated Service Level Agreements* Proactively recognize and address setbacks and risks to expectations and escalate as required* Own the initial and ongoing data quality of assigned customers* Prioritize an...
