• Guide new customers through an implementation lifecycle and onto our technology platform.
• Conduct analyses and assess team practices to ensure efficient operation.
• Improve implementation procedures and tooling to make the process seamless.
• Proactively communicate action plans, status, next steps, and proposed solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead the Onboarding team, manage ticket escalation, process improvements, and liaison with the Product organization.
• Mentor new team members.
• Consolidate, improve, and modify Onboarding Playbook documentation.
• Own and manage all facets of the Onboarding process for new customers.
• Query and extract data using SQL, C#, and Python.
