Opportunity: CRM & Salesforce Implementation Analyst

We are looking for a hands-on professional to support a strategic workstream focused on process optimization and the implementation of Salesforce as the company’s CRM platform.

This role combines business analysis, project coordination, and continuous improvement within a digital transformation context.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a dedicated workstream from requirement gathering to Salesforce implementation
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis prior to project launch
• Map and review existing processes
• Organize and structure business information to support CRM implementation
