Our client is a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business in the financial services / fintech sector. Over the past three years, they’ve grown from a single client to 60+ customers, with strong momentum and major enterprise clients onboarding across Australia.
As part of their Sydney expansion, they are hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end customer onboarding.
About the role
This role is focused entirely on software implementation and onboarding.
You’ll manage the full implementation lifecycle, acting as the bridge between customers and internal technical teams to ensure a smooth, on-time go-live.
Implementations typically run for 8–10 weeks and follow a structured, repeatable process using a configurable (not bespoke) SaaS platform.
