Implementation Officer

Overview

Handles projects to design, develop, enhance, test and launch GTB Products, specifically online channels for Cash Management Services. Launch of new or enhanced products are tools needed to maximize profits, deepen banking relations and to increase CASA volumes as the primary selling or cross-sell strategy in line with RCBC's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with: Other GTB Divisions, CBG, RBG and Branch Relationship Managers to determine client's cash management requirement/s
• Develops and designs products that will fit client's needs to be taken as a general solution to cater to several industries/market segments
• Maps client's requirement/s with: the existing solutions being offered by the bank; the bank's operating system
• Monitors profitability and client's response to the solution offered
