As part of the Customer Success team, you will take charge of the end-to-end implementation process. Your role includes providing technical expertise and best practice guidance to new customers and collaborating with stakeholders to support successful project delivery. You'll monitor vital metrics to ensure client satisfaction and rapid adoption rates.
