The Implementation Manager (IM) manages and oversees the planning and effective execution of all standard, technically complex and/or customized service solution implementation projects, in accordance with contractual service agreements, implementation timelines and internal Interxion standards.
The Implementation Manager makes sure that the service contract defined terms and conditions are met in the implementation phase. He oversees the Implementation process, keeps track of the time schedule and makes sure that all actions are documented in the internal systems. PMI manages the customer approvals and the internal handover from Implementation to Service Operations department.
