The Implementation Engineer works alongside the Project Engineer to execute the approved implementation plan and project blueprint.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and executing system-related configurations, internal and external testing, user acceptance testing, and project live runs.
• Deploying project-related solutions and fixes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting client training sessions, business reviews and configuration and data migration activities, providing onsite and offsite assistance and project updates.
• Ensuring all necessary documentation is maintained, including training documents, business process requirements, configuration documents, system line‑run documentation, project closure reports, meeting minutes, and issue and solution logs.
• Providing ongoing support to customers during the implementation phase.
