What You'll Do
Serve as a technical lead during project implementations, collaborating with experienced team members.
Manage technical aspects of solution delivery and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Develop and execute implementation plans, including customer testing phases (UAT, SAT, OAT).
Document customer requirements and create detailed test plans.
Conduct unit and package tests to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Customer Service.
Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
