Peek Pro is building AI-native GTM infrastructure — and this role exists to build and run it. You will partner day-to-day with Rev Ops to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows across the full GTM motion: inbound, outbound, campaign ops, and pipeline tooling.
This is a hands‐on, business‐first engineering role where you'll identify inefficiencies, scope solutions, and ship them without waiting for a playbook. You will not be training models. You will be applying the best AI tools available to create compounding leverage across our go‐to‐market teams.
Who You Are
You come from a Rev Ops, Biz Ops, Operations, Analytics, or Product background. You've worked in fast‐paced tech environments (startups or growth‐stage companies) where figuring things out and driving impact mattered more than fancy titles. You have hands‐on experience using AI tools — Claude, Open AI, Gemini, or similar — to solve real business problems...Ready to Apply?
