Job Description

We’re hiring an experiencedProject Manager to lead IT initiatives across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You’ll oversee software implementations, manage vendors and project teams, and ensure alignment with banking operations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project/work plans and status reports
• Track delivery scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and costs
• Coordinate with stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes where applicable
• Support audits, close-out documentation, and post-implementation reviews
• Ensure full compliance with banking policies and legal standards.
