Implementation Consultant I

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the onboarding experience for all Propertyware or Buildium's newest and existing customers, assisting with data import and account setup, add-on services setup and training, and education on how to use the software and integrate Propertyware or Buildium into their business. You will work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to help create a frictionless process for our customers. Lastly, you will also advocate the utilization of Propertyware or Buildium features and functionality to maximize their business's growth potential.
